- Renter must have a Valid Drivers License & Credit Card is required for security reasons.
- All drivers must be at least 22 years of age!
- Must have a basic understanding of the English Language to sign legal agreement
- It's your responsibility to charge your Electric Cars. Electric Cars need to be charged after +/- 20 miles. A standard 110v outlet is needed to charge your rental car.
- Electric Cars require to be plugged in overnight for 24 hr rentals. Please check with your hotel to make sure they allow electric cars to be charged.
- Electric car charge takes approximately 8 hours to fully recharge.
- Cars can only be driven on roads where the speed limit does not exceed 35mph!
- All laws, rules and regulations apply to the Car/Cart the same as to regular vehicles!
- No alcohol consumed before or during the rental period.
- NO REFUNDS ON EARLY RETURNS OR IF YOU DRIVE YOUR ELECTRIC CAR EMPTY.
- Renter is responsible for any loss or damage.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ELECTRIC CAR OR GAS GOLF CART RENTALS
- All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 24-hour notice for rentals will be charged in full and are NON-REFUNDABLE
- All cancellations made by the rental company will receive a full refund
- RENTALS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED RENTAL TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
- NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED IN THE FULL and are NON-REFUNDABLE
