CHECK-IN: Guests must check in no later than 45 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time.
IMPORTANT RULES FOR OPERATORS & PASSENGERS
- All operators must present a valid government-issued photo ID per Jet Ski (age 18+).
- A credit card is required per reservation.
- Minimum age to operate a Jet Ski independently: 18 years or older.
- Florida law mandates that anyone born after January 1, 1988, must have a Boater Safety Certificate approved by NASBLA (National Association of State Boating Law Administrators) to operate a Jet Ski. Obtain your Boater Safety Certificate online before the tour and present it at check-in (email proof is acceptable photocopies are not). Those born in 1987 or earlier do not need a Boater Safety.
- A brief orientation will be provided to all renters.
- All operators must have a basic understanding of the English language to sign the rental agreement and follow the tour guide’s instructions.
- Minors (ages 17 and younger) must have a parent or legal guardian present at check-in to sign the Jet Ski liability waiver.
- A safety lanyard (key) must remain attached to the operator at all times during the tour.
- Each Jet Ski can accommodate a maximum of two guests with a combined weight not exceeding 450 lbs (220 kg).
- Renters are responsible for any loss or damage to the Jet Ski.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Ages 4–13:
- May ride as a passenger only.Must be accompanied by an operator who is at least 18 years old.
- A parent or guardian must sign the Jet Ski liability waiver at check-in.
Ages 14–17:
- May operate a Jet Ski only if accompanied by a passenger who is at least 18 years old.
- A parent or guardian must sign the Jet Ski liability waiver at check-in.
Ages 18+:
- May operate a Jet Ski independently.
- Must present a valid government-issued photo ID, a credit card for security, and (if born after January 1, 1988) a Boater Safety Certificate
PARTICIPATION RESTRICTIONS: Guests are not allowed to participate if they:
- Do not have a valid government-issued photo ID with a visible date of birth (photocopies not accepted).
- Do not have a credit card for security purposes.
- Cannot understand basic English to sign the rental agreement and follow the tour guide’s instructions.
- Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Are pregnant.Have existing medical conditions that may endanger themselves or others.
- Are younger than 4 years old.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour departure time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time are non-refundable and will be charged in full.Tours booked within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
- Late arrivals or no-shows will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
- If the tour operator cancels the tour, guests will receive a full refund.
