• CHECK-IN: All guests must check in at least 45 minutes prior to their scheduled tour departure time. Late arrivals may forfeit their reservation and will not be eligible for a refund.
• PHOTO IDENTIFICATION:

1. All guests 18 years and older must present a valid government-issued photo I.D. that includes their date of birth
2. Photocopies and digital I.D.s are not accepted

• CREDIT CARD: A credit card is required per reservation for security purposes.
• BOATER SAFETY CERTIFICATION: Guests born in 1988 or later must have a Boater Safety Certificate to operate a jet ski. This requirement can be met by either:

1. Completing a Boater Safety Test online (CLICK HERE), or
2. Presenting a valid Florida Boater Safety License

• LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: Jet ski operators must be able to speak and understand English well enough to follow verbal instructions and read safety labels without assistance.
• ORIENTATION: All participants must attend a mandatory safety and operational briefing before departure.
• AGE & SUPERVISION:

1. Guests must be 18 years or older to participate independently.
2. Guests under 18 must have a natural or adoptive parent present at check-in to complete required waivers.

Renters are fully responsible for any damage or loss of equipment.

• AGES 4–13:

1. Cannot operate a jet ski
2. May ride as a passenger only with a guest 18+
3. A parent or legal guardian must be present with valid I.D. to sign the waiver

• AGES 14–17:

1. May drive or ride only with a guest 18+ on the jet ski
2. A parent or legal guardian must be present with valid I.D. to sign the waiver​

• AGES 18+ May operate a jet ski independently if:

1. A valid government-issued I.D. is presented, AND
2. They were born before 1988 or have completed a Boater Safety Certificate, AND
3. Meet MANDATORY requirements
