RULES & REGULATIONS



  • A valid driver’s license and credit card are required for all rentals.
  • Drivers must be at least 22 years old.
  • Drivers must have a basic understanding of English to review and sign the rental agreement.
  • Electric cars may only be driven on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or lower. Alcohol Policy: No alcohol consumption is permitted before or during the rental period.
  • Renters are fully responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle.
  • No refunds will be issued for early returns or running the battery empty.
  • Electric cars should be recharged after approximately 20 miles of use.
  • A standard 110v outlet is required for charging.
  • For 24-hour rentals, cars must be plugged in overnight.
  • Confirm with your hotel that charging electric vehicles is permitted.
  • A full charge takes about 8 hours.



CANCELLATION POLICY



  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
  • If the rental company cancels your reservation, a full refund will be issued.
  • Rentals booked within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
