RULES & REGULATIONS



  • Renter must present a valid driver’s license and a credit card for security purposes.
  • All drivers must be at least 18 years old.
  • Renters must have a basic understanding of the English language to sign the legal agreement.
  • Children 16 and under are required to wear a helmet.
  • No alcohol is permitted before or during the rental period.
  • The renter must complete a safety check ride with a Hydro Thunder staff member.
  • No refunds are given for early returns.
  • The renter is responsible for any loss or damage during the rental.


CANCELLATION POLICY



  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be charged in full. If the rental company cancels your reservation, a full refund will be issued.
  • Rentals booked within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
